New B-21 Raider Photos Reveal New Design Details

On June 3, 2026, aviation photographer Fred Taleghani captured two new photographs of the first Northrop Grumman B-21 Raider prototype, AF001 "Cerberus", coming in for a landing at Edwards Air Force Base in California. The new photos revealed details about the B-21's speed brake arrangement.

The B-21's speed brake arrangement appear to be using a pair wing flaps deflected in opposite directions as opposed to the split aileron arrangement used on the B-2 Spirit.
