Lockheed Martin F-22 "Raptor 2.0" in Flight Testing

On March 21, 2026, photographer Jarod M. Hamilton captured the Lockheed Martin F-22 "Raptor 2.0" in flight testing. The Raptor 2.0's stealth drop tanks (inside pylons) and stealthy IRST pods (outside pylons) can be clearly seen underneath its wings. These outstanding photos are the first public glimpse of the Raptor 2.0 in flight testing. Until now, the Raptor 2.0 has only been seen in model form and was recently on display at AFA Warfare Symposium 2026.
